Our Curriculum

Nowadays, education is considered as a kind of socially shared issue, to enable not only a certain position, but also a peaceful and democratic coexistence. As well as, the involvement in education, respect for all others, the recognition of equality among people, healthcare, the preservation of the environment, and last but not least, leisure and culture.

Balanced growth

We favour a mutual trust relationship which promotes the development of the child in social life, plunging into new discoveries, progressing every day towards a clearer raising of awareness of his/her possibilities and responsibilities as a member of society.

We follow a harmonic and total child’s development in order to obtain a complete and dynamic being with different skills: cognitive, psycho-motor, social, creative, emotional, communicative…So, we promote the development of each and every one of them with no priority, unless it was required by the individual.

The game

One of the deepest and most real experiences for the child is the game, however that is not an improvised game, but a meaningful one.

Games mean experiencing situations, playing roles, solving problems, allowing freedom of action, managing and improving communication means. Therefore, our mission consists of planning the game in this school.

Progressive and social learning

It is important to begin with the student’s development as a point of departure, considering his/her ongoing progress, his/her possibilities of reasoning and learning according to the age and features of each child. Therefore, if new concepts, attitudes and proceedings are related, the content of learning will be extremely meaningful, and the student will be well disposed to acquire the given knowledge.

This learning is not purely individual, because educational participation consists of a process of activities between teacher-student and student-student. So, learning by means of socialization. That is, we introduce a group of activities which the child could accomplish with the help and cooperation of people around him/her.

Thanks to these methods, we enable the student to learn how to take knowledge in. In other words, developing his/her abilities of learning by means of the improvement of different techniques, skills and strategies to achieve knowledge.
